Description
Sail away on a classic! Painfully selling this 1978 Com-pac 23 and trailer. Commonly called a pocket cruiser, This boat is perfect for Tampa bay with a draft of just 2.5 feet and enough space for about 5 people (comfortably)including the captain. Anchor out at the sandbar or along Egmont key for the weekend. The size coupled with the autopilot makes this boat very easy to single hand and the trailer allows you to take her anywhere. Although the slip she is in is not transferable, I was told there are no issues with availability at the St. Petersburg municipal marina for boats this size. Includes: St1000+ auto tiller Lithium battery +2 spare 2023 Suzuki 6hp long shaft outboard Main sail Head sail +spare Halyards & sheets replaced in 2023 (old/spares on hand) 2 winch handles Dometic porta potty 2020 Magic tilt trailer (built custom for boat) Loads of character Facebook market place https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2512271529255067/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Af20cfccb-ce98-472d-ad53-7c2875383959
