The 2012 Cruiser RV Fun Finder Xtra XT-276 is a half-ton towable, 30-foot lightweight toy hauler travel trailer with a dedicated 9 ft. garage space for hauling gear or small vehicles. 
Ready to camp immediately, we will include everything you need to start camping and towing (i.e Equalizer Weight Distribution System, sewer hoses, water hoses, mattresses. Also If you want, the 42 inch Samsung TV, portable shelves, drawers, storage chests can be included.
We towed it easily, with a 2016 HD TriGlide in the garage, with our 2016 Ram 1500. 
Some repairs have been made recently, new rear axle, replace inside front panel, roof repair and sealed and all seals checked. Within last 5 years all 4 tires, the canopy motor, and canopy fabric were replaced.  It is not perfect, but has been loved and used. It has never been smoked in. 
Everything works as it should.

Features & Packages
Xtreme Package Options: Added a 13.5K BTU air conditioner, electric awning, spare tire/carrier, 6-gallon gas/electric DSI water heater, microwave, outside shower (never used), and power front jack.
Xtra Upgrade Package: Included aluminum-framed fiberglass walls, cast aluminum wheels, and upgraded graphics.
Sleeping/Living: U-shape dinette and Short/RV Queen size bed, power-lift queen sized beds in the rear cargo area. 
We did change the standard weird bench seat in the garage for tradition side benches (they came out of a 5th wheel toyhauler). 
Pros: Maneuverable lightweight frame for a full-sized toy hauler layout with practical tie-downs and dual-purpose garage/living space.
Cons: Some owners reported minor build-quality quirks typical of lightweight units from this era, such as squeaky flooring, cabinet hinges loosening during transit, and minor trim or seal maintenance needed over time. 

*We live in Massillon, so can easily come to camper if needed. It will be at Wally World Riverside Resort until Sept. 23.
