Brand new AC unit, new silicone roof, new front jack, new battery and battery box, new propane lines and regulator, new tires and spare, new fire and carbon monoxide alarms, new door lock, new queen mattress and twin mattress, new black out blinds, upgraded fridge (bigger), water heater and furnace has been cleaned and checked. Cargo hitch on the back for extra storage and many other small details. The inside was prepped for painting but we never got around to painting it. The only thing still left to replace is the outside awning, we priced it on Amazon and it’s around 130ish and very simple to install.
