복원 내역: 엔진 및 4단 자동변속기를 섀시에서 분리하여 완전 재조립, 차체는 완전히 벗겨낸 후 전문 페인트 부스에서 시켄스(Sikkens) 올드 잉글리시 화이트로 재도색. 인테리어는 수제 원목 대시보드, 클래식 아날로그 계기판, 토글 스위치 컨트롤, 원목 도어패널 및 센터콘솔, 코냑 컬러 가죽시트로 완전 재구성. 모든 유리에는 모헤닉 가라지 각인이 새겨져 있습니다.

상태: 주행거리 15,880km로, 복원 완료 이후 매우 가볍고 신중한 사용을 반영합니다. 관리가 잘 되어 있으며 보관 위주로 사용되어 일상 운행 차량이 아닙니다.

디젤 관련 참고사항: 2006년 이전 제조된 모든 디젤차량과 마찬가지로, 이 갤로퍼는 서울시 녹색교통지역(종로구·중구)에는 진입이 제한됩니다. 서울 내 다른 지역을 포함해 그 외 지역에서는 제한이 없습니다.

1996 Hyundai Galloper HPJ-9 — Old English White (Sikkens Paint) | Full Restoration by Mohenic Garages

A complete frame-off restoration carried out by Mohenic Garages, one of Korea’s most respected restoration shops before they stepped away from automotive work in 2019.

The build: Engine and 4-speed automatic transmission rebuilt off the chassis, body stripped to bare metal and refinished in a professional spray booth using Sikkens paint in Old English White. Full interior reconstruction with a hand-fabricated solid-wood dashboard, classic analog gauge cluster, toggle-switch controls, wood-trimmed door cards and console, and cognac leather upholstery. All glass carries the etched Mohenic Garages mark.

Condition: 15,880 km, consistent with very light, careful use since the restoration was completed. Well-maintained and stored, not a daily driver.

Diesel note: As with all pre-2006 diesel vehicles, this Galloper is restricted from entering Seoul’s central Low Emission Zone (Jongno/Jung districts). No restrictions apply elsewhere, including the rest of Seoul.
