We are selling our complete lake setup as our family priorities are changing. This is a true turnkey package — everything is included and ready to enjoy! Camper, deck, accessories, bar, golf cart, and paid lot rent are all included. We have priced it fairly and are not looking to overprice it — we simply want another family to enjoy this setup and make great memories here like we have.

This camp site (114) is located in a beautiful shaded area at Pelican Hills RV Park. This family-friendly campground has a pool, 2 parks, a community center with laundry facilities, a park store serving wood fire pizza, specialty coffees and ice cream, and is located right across from Pelican Lake with plenty of activities and fun for both adults and kids! Also is filled with the most wonderful people!
