1995 Ford Econoline E-150 Mid-Roof Camper/Adventure Van — “Sheila”

Sheila is a unique, non-smoker/no-pets 1995 Ford Econoline E-150 mid-roof camper/adventure van with a custom green sparkle/holographic exterior and an open, flexible interior that makes her an excellent starting point for someone wanting to create a van-life setup of their own.

One of Sheila’s biggest advantages is what isn’t inside her. There are no permanent cabinets, fixed beds, built-in plumbing systems, or other hard fixtures dictating how the space has to be used. Instead of purchasing someone else’s completed conversion and tearing it apart to make it work for you, Sheila gives you a blank canvas for a custom camper build.

As with any taller vehicle, posted clearance should always be checked before entering.

The van also already has several upgrades that are useful for a future camper build.

A MaxxAir roof fan has been installed to provide ventilation and airflow inside the van, especially helpful for camping and warmer weather.

A custom support bar was fabricated and installed to provide additional structural support in the rooftop installation area, giving added reinforcement around the roof modification and a useful foundation for the existing setup and potential future rooftop customization, depending on the type and weight of any additional equipment.

The roof itself has a durable Rhino-liner-style protective coating, adding an extra layer of protection against minor tree-branch scrapes, weather exposure, moisture, and the wear that naturally comes with an outdoor adventure vehicle.

Sheila was also recently professionally detailed, and a ceramic-style protective wax/coating was applied to the exterior to help preserve the finish and keep her distinctive custom paint looking its best.

A smog inspection was completed on 6/27/26 and Sheila passed.

Sheila is a 1995 vehicle and is being sold as-is. She is not a finished luxury RV and is not a full high-top conversion.

As with any vehicle of this age, cosmetic wear, age-related imperfections, and a few items needing attention should be expected. I am happy to review the van’s current condition with serious buyers during an in-person showing.
