•  Engine & Performance: Original 240ci inline-six with ACES Killshot Fusion throttle body EFI for crisp response and easy starts. Offenhauser manifold, comp cam, Herman hedder,TSP HEI electronic distributor (with vacuum advance disabled for EFI tuning), dual-outlet headers, and a single 3”exhaust for a throaty rumble. Cruises at 75 mph at just 2300 RPM with stock 3.25:1 gears. Tuned for efficiency (currently ~8 mpg, optimizing to 15+ mpg with EFI adjustments). Mechanical fuel pump block-off plate for clean EFI setup.
•  Transmission & Drivetrain: Stock 3-speed manual on the column, smooth shifting. 2WD setup with output shaft seal recently replaced—no leaks.
•  Fuel System: Evil Energy aftermarket fuel tank with high-pressure EFI pump (255 lph, 43-58 PSI regulator), relay wiring, and 0-90 ohm sender/gauge (recently calibrated for accuracy). No more carb woes—precise fueling via O2 sensor in Y-pipe.
•  Suspension & Handling: Lowered stance for that custom look, with new wheels and tires for improved grip and ride. Manual steering (Saginaw power steering conversion planned, parts ready). Power brakes with strong vacuum (19-21 inHg).
