3.5 V6 - approx 110k on the odometer 
Lots of work done but we bought a newer car and no longer need this one. Good and bass listed below: 

The Good:
- replaced rack and pinion 
- Newer inner and our tie rods
- stabilizers 
- 4 tires within the last year (2 new rear less than a month old)
- Full exhaust replaced including cats 
- Rear springs replaced 
- Water pump replaced
- Coolant replaced
- All solenoids in transmission replaced 
- Working remote start and remote locks

The bad: 
- undercarriage in rear is rusty
- Needs alignment 
- Some tears on seats
- Typical scratches and dings being 20 years old
