We lived in this RV full-time for about 1.5 years, and it served us incredibly well. As with any lived-in rig, there are some cosmetic blemishes on a few finishes—nothing major, just honest signs of use. Everything is fully functional and mechanically sound. It still has the new RV smell! :-) Smoke free always. We had a small dog for a few months two years ago, no animal signs/damage. 

Warranty & Recent Maintenance Notes:
In January 2025, the RV’s roof membrane was professionally replaced due to a manufacturer defect. The work was handled under warranty. I was genuinely impressed by Grand Design’s customer service throughout the process, they covered 100% of the replacement and managed everything quickly and efficiently.

This RV is still under Grand Design’s 3-year structural warranty, which is valid through mid-July 2025. In addition, we purchased an extended warranty through Lazy Days RV, which provides coverage on select components through mid-July 2027. I believe Grand Design has warranties on certain parts of the RV for longer periods as well.
